Dubai Holding acquires Jumeirah Mallorca, expanding European hotel portfolio

Dubai Holding has officially acquired the five-star Jumeirah Mallorca hotel in Spain from Deka Immobilien. Located in Port de Sóller, this luxury resort will continue to operate under the Jumeirah brand. This strategic move increases Dubai Holding Hospitality’s portfolio to 34 hotels globally. Amit Kaushal, Group CEO, stated that this acquisition supports the group's long-term value creation and global expansion strategy.
